César Vea has a degree in Dramatic Art from the Real Escuela Superior de Arte de Madrid. Subsequently, he completed his training for two more years in New York and Los Angeles.

He has participated in numerous Spanish series such as Doctor Mateo, Los Simuladores, Al Filo de la Ley and Isabel. He has also worked on several feature films under the direction of directors such as Tom Fernández (La Torre de Suso), Guillermo del Toro (El Laberinto del Pan) or Carlos Saura (El Séptimo Día), among others.

But he is also an entrepreneur with social concerns, launching various initiatives such as:

 

1. Film, theater and TV training courses in La Rioja, 2009.
2. Classical music concert at the Zarzuela racecourse, 2011.
3. Real Madrid and Estudiantes Leyendas charity basketball game for the SanFilippo Foundation, 2012.
4. Basketball game in Dubai with Kobe Bryant, for the benefit of those affected by diabetes, 2013.
5. Basketball match with actors and actresses from various TV series and Real Madrid for the Association against Cancer, 2018.
6. Charity concerts for integration institutes in Madrid, 2019.
